What it does (English):
Red peony helps in the treatment of skin problems, trauma, and red swollen eyes. Also used for lack of menstrual cycles, rashes, and acne.
Clinical Use (Chinese):
Invigorates blood, and dispels congealed blood; clears heat and cools blood and liver fire.
Slightly cold, sour, bitter
Use with caution if there is a blood deficiency.
