Heart Blood and Kidney Jing-essence deficiency with phlegm misting the Heart and obstructing clear perception of the Shen. Presenting with poor memory, poor concentration, forgetfulness, confusion, disorientation, dull sensorum, mental fatigue, restlessness, insomnia, restless sleep, excessive dreaming, nightmares, anxiety, uneasiness, palpitations, fatigue or exhaustion. Also useful for Liver Blood deficiency stirring internal wind presenting with headaches and dizziness. Tongue: pale, thick coat, possibly yellow Pulse: thready, slippery, wiry.

4-6 tablets, 3 x day.
Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In severe cases or in the initial phases of treatment, dosage may be increased to 6-8 tablets 3 times per day, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. For insomnia 6-10 tablets may be taken before bed. May be used long-term for several weeks to several months. May be used over the course of several years.

Cautions & Contraindications:
Contraindicated during pregnancy. Contraindicated during the early stages of acute illness such as cold and flu, or during an acute infection. Contains tree nuts.
